Find an Implant Dentist You Can Trust
As a member of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, Dr. Mario Pary has over 300 hours of postdoctoral education in the area of dental implantology. He implements some of the most advanced techniques available, including computer-guided implant placement, for his patients.
What Are Dental Implants?
An implant is a prosthetic tooth that is made from biocompatible titanium. Once it’s anchored into the jaw like a real tooth, we then place a crown, bridge, or denture on top of it.
“The oldest implant patient I had must have been in her mid 80s. She had healthy teeth for her entire life, but as she got older they became more frail. One day she fell and broke one of them off. She didn’t want to drill down her teeth to get a bridge, and felt too young to get a partial – so she opted for an implant instead.” – Dr. Pary
Teeth in a Day
All on 4 Dentures, or “Teeth in a Day,” are full arch dentures that are placed onto four implant roots, permanently securing them in place. Dr. Pary has completed many of these procedures for people who had ill-fitting dentures or needed to have their teeth removed but didn’t want a removable prosthesis. In many cases, he can remove any remaining teeth, place the implants and fix the retained “bridge” in place in just one visit.

“I had an 18 year old patient with missing teeth at the front of her mouth. We used orthodontics to open up the space, and then placed implants so that her smile looked as natural as possible.” – Dr. Pary
Dr. Pary uses 3D CBCT scans to create surgical guides for optimal implant placement. For traditional procedures, the process can span over the course of about 4 to 6 months.
